It really is the top priority to get resolved and as the General says, needs to be sorted ASAP and definitely before January!!!?
I would be extremely surprised if there weren't some conversation already taking place, no need to advertise it, it's the Norwich way to conclude business in private!
As it has been since the initial interview - the day after he joined the club please log in to view this image
Are we 100% sure he's actually joined us ? Has anyone seen him ? Come to think of it though, I did see a dude dressed like this in the Director's Box on Saturday.
Mirror reporting that we will have to offer the Murphys £15,000 each per week to sign them on a long term contract. Get it done. Now.
Its a f#cked up world of football that has me thinking that doesn't sound unreasonable for where they are and where they could go. Bah!
It's a pittance compared to what Naismith must be on to reject Sunderland in the summer - and I know who is contributing more to the team so far this season
Read Norwich say that the club have a years option on the boys contract. Cannot find verification of this anywhere.
I'd be very surprised if that wasn't the case, GE. I'm sure we paid at least £15,000 a week to Redmond long before he reached 21. If we want to maintain our wages budget we need to be developing our younger players and tying them down to longer contracts once they've broken into the first team squad.
No jdea, but if we did it looks like money well spent. He is the most exciting prospect, and no offense the the other young lads, that we have had since.......Bellamy?
Just found a page on facebook with meanings of some Irish names. Murphy means "sea warrior" apparently.
