Religion was never created with noble intentions which became corrupted, it was born as a tool for the corrupt to use to corrupt

thats not true either. Most religions see money as evil and not something to be pursued and worshipped

Its a bit like seeing a brown person and saying 'get the muslim'. Just coz he is brown doesnt mean he is muslim.
during the crusades the western crusaders killed as many jews and christians from the arab world as they did muslim.
    It was never aboit religion

the basis and basics of all religions is noble. its mans interference that makes it corrupt

the problem has always been that man has tried to 'fix' things rather than leave it be.

Thats what they teach to the uneducated commoner. While the founders and leaders build up all the wealth they can muster off the followers

after having seen the harrowing scenes left behind by murderers, rapists and the like, i am in full support of the death penalty.

NO! Pretty much all religions have been borne out of a political context to conquer or maintain a certain status quo. e.g. Christianity (all born out of Roman catholicism) is a Roman creation comprising of the mixing of several pagan religions incorporated into the empire as they conquered to stop civil war breaking out.

again you speak of corruptness of man
I agree that those in power tend to use any means necessary to forward their gains

However the problem here is a lack of general awareness, if you look at the religions and their 'founders' what wealth did they have?
these were poor men, with no wealth who suffered many hardships

In fact moses gave away his wealth, as did jesus and muhammad

This. Human beings are corruptable and this is the reason Communism failed, and why Democracy is seen as a facade by many. It is also the reason for the problems in the Catholic Church at the moment, not the religion itself

I agree whole heartedly with the corruption of christianity to suit agendas and purposes and i do not accept what we see today as 'actual' christianity. I see a 'corrupt' version that suits

But to say that this is what it was in its origins is just crazy.

we are talking of religion not the bible.

The bible as is is not a trustworthy source, of that i agree. However rather than just picking up say the king george version and knocking the whole concept of religion is wrong

It has happened before, hence the reason for all the 'prophets' etc.

Most people have not read the Bible to be fair. They have read a translation of the Bible which is not the same thing at all

And where is any evidence to support this? Early Christians, as I'm sure you know, were persecuted and executed for their beliefs by the Romans, it may have changed a bit over the years (and a whole lot during the middle ages) but Roman Catholicism at the moment is all about being kind to your fellow man, going to Mass on a sunday, and prayer. I don't see anything manipulative or dangerous in that?
