Pay for upgrade? Looks hand to be able to record multiple shows at once.

In English please?

I've not paid for a upgrade, I've just switched from Virgin to Sky (well, I actually have both until 26 October)

I could record three on my TiVo which I had for about four years so it's nothing new for me. Subtle difference; the fourth channel on TiVo had to be something you'd already recorded, that's not the case on Q+

That's standard on the normal Sky boxes. Don't get the sky q thing? Is it just a bigger hard drive? Don't get me wrong I like Sky but don't get the latest upgrades.

Sky Q allows you to record 4 desperate programmes at same time rather than just 2 currently. Think also allows you to view in ultra hd?

Don't ask me, I've always had Virgin Media until today <laugh>

The HD is 1tb & I can record three things whilst watching a fourth. Dies that help?

@Jurgen Penny Dreadful on Sky Box Sets, The Wire, Sopranos, Childhoods End, Modern Family, some good shows on there and SkyAtlantic now available.

Cheers mate. Tried to watch The Wire before but kept giving up during the first episode. Might give it one more crack.

Looking forward to Westworld. Looks very good and I'm a big fan of the movie.

Also looking forward to Red Dwarf XI - I know it's not quite the same as it used to be, but there's something about that show (maybe sentiment) that I have to watch every one.

Yeah the Westworld trailer looked good... like an in depth look at what consciousness or being alive is..

Luke Cage out soon too. Getting good reviews from people given advanced viewings..

So looks like the apprentice is back on quite soon

And the fall is back this thursday though i think that show is on its last legs, don't know if they should've made a third series

guess apprentice is on its last legs as well but they'll keep churning it out as its easy for them
