Ohh i forgot Trump has actually got 2 policies, the other is 'Ban all Muslims from the USA' which seems eerily similar too Pete's desire to ban all terrorists from the UK.

But whereas Pete would be asking everyone who enters the UK if they are a terrorist, Trump would be asking everyone who enters the USA for their religious beliefs!

No, he backed down on it, then double down on it, then spoke vaguely about it, as he does with everything.
He's going to have the best policies, though. Everyone tells him that they're the best. Believe me.

He's on a roll today. He's also pointed out that cows and elephants are different. I suspect he wants them segregated.

    It's ground breaking stuff.

He probably wants the elephants to be deported.

You ladies could perhaps draw inspiration from some more mainstream political ideologies. <ok>

There most certainly are some nutters on here. Amusingly, I rather suspect the author of the sensible party stuff has found its target audience. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Are you turning your back on the mainstream party those flat earthers represent, and dismissing them as nutters?

Which mainstream party does that 'flat earth' Muslim 'scientist' (if you can use that word) and the Saudi Cleric represent? And as I've never even heard of them not sure how I can now turn my back on them!

Islam is a religion. There are political elements to the heads of every religion in seperate countries, and heavily religious countries (like Saudi, USA, Israel, Iran ect) will always use the religion in a political way, but I don't know of any one overriding authority on Islam that dictates how every Muslim should view the religion in a political sense. I don't think it's even got one main authority in the same way as Christianity has the Pope. But even then just because the Pope/Papal State may have certain political views, doesn't mean they are shared by every Christian country or even every Christian - hence why homosexuality is illegal in Uganda but acceptable in USA churches. Same with any religion, you have hardline countries like Saudi and more moderate ones like Malaysia.

But even so, I've always said I'm an atheist (though I have toyed with Pastafariasm), and don't believe in any religion. I've certainly never been a Muslim, but even if I was, it's a religion, not a political party!!! And I don't know how you could think that two nut cases could represent a religion of 1.6billion. It's like saying nutcases like Boris Johnson and Nigel Farage represent all 600 billion (estimate) white people on the planet, and we are all like them!!!

The West makes a natural mistake in their understanding of Islamic tradition, assuming that religion means the same for Muslims as it has meant for most other religious adherents ever since the industrial revolution, and for some societies, even before that; that is: a section of life reserved for certain matters, and separate from other sections of life. This is not the Islamic world view. It never has been in the past, and modern attempts of making it so are seen as an aberration.

Islam is a “total way of life.” It has provided guidance in every sphere of life, from individual cleanliness, rules of trade, to the structure and politics of the society. Islam can never be separated from social, political, or economic life, since religion provides moral guidance for every action that a person takes.

You can see everyone? Is that a power David Icke gave you Dull? <laugh>

For anyone new to the wisdom of Dull Hull, he has quoted Icke's teachings on more than one occasion.
