There's that other chant going around too:

I like the Chelsea one. I heard that too. I put my surround sound on to get the best out of it, blasted it right out. Classic.

 

Was a pretty abject performance from us - particularly defensively. But putting it into some perspective, we were largely undone by the most expensive player in the world playing very well in combination with arguably the world's best 'centre forward' over the last 10 years - that combined with United having had the shackles taken off them by Rooney not slowing down the play ... wish Jose had given hime one more chance ...

Looking for a reaction against Porto and also to how Claudio counters what is currently happening to our defence - for me we are too vulnerable to being undone with a 4-4-2 that includes Wes andd Huth ... they are not quick enough to react to 'clever' runners combined with players that can find them (like Pogba did to great effect on Saturday) ... I'd be tempted to try a back 5 moving Fuchs into the middle 3 and playing Simpson/Albrighton and Schlupp more as wing backs ...

 

... thing is ... you only get those chants aimed at your team when you have actually won something ... like the EPL title for instance ... think you lads are lucky here ... cos I don't think fans of other clubs are going to be aiming such chants at you next season

Mourinho seemed to think so ... he was very complimentary towards Ranieri in terms of what Ranieri did at half time - and we were considerably better in the second half ... indeed I've yet to see Ranieri make changes in games that haven't improved us ... so I'll not be worried anytime soon ...

We have a problem in defence which needs sorting ... defnsive pairings have a finite lifespan it seems ... Huth and Morgan look to be in a similar place to where Ferdinand and Vidic were the season after United last won the title ... I hope I'm wrong .... but we can't continue inviting the better teams to exploit the lack of mobility between the pair ...
