Thanks Helen . He had been in a care home for 4 years after suffering a stoke , last 3 times Mrs J saw him , he was happy & smiling , but had no clue who she ( or her sisters ) wre . Had one of his turns , and simply did not wake up . On a nice note , we stopped at Oswestry Castle on the way back . Lovely place .

Just so it doesn't sound quite so ****y (hopefully) and for context - I was working on a tv idea for a business show with James Caan after he left Dragon's Den. We were talking to Michelle about coming on the show, and it just kinda descended into too many drinks. She gets a bit odd and spikey when drunk in all honesty.
Commiserations. Even when it is expected, it still takes time to accept and to adjust to life, without a loved one.

Made a serious error....forgot my life defining rule....never, ever, ever add updates to your computer. Mistook if for a nothing update...whereas it should have been labelled as a buggering up update. Can you imagine if this happened with any other product? You buy a car and 6 months later a mechanic comes round and polishes your hubcaps, adds 26 cup holders and 6 unwanted ashtrays and then points out that your car will no longer go where you want it to go, will be slow to start, may stop without warning, and should you get fed up and want to turn it off the key will probably not work and you will have to disconnect the spark plugs....but hey, who doesn't want polished hubcaps, 26 cupholders and 6 unwanted ashtrays.
