Kris Boyd has been the first to come out and say what I have quietly suspected.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I also wouldn't be hugely surprised if Barton hasn't orchestrated the whole thing from start to finish. A cynic would say that he is a very twisted and *bitter tim* who has decided to "go behind enemy lines" and extract as much money as possible out of us knowing that we are financially vulnerable, whilst simultaneously causing as much upset in the dressing room, on and off the pitch as possible.

Before you ridicule what he's said ask yourselves is it really that far fetched? It certainly seems to tick a lot of boxes. A settlement of maybe a £1Million for a few months "work"? A lifetime's notoriety of being the tims revenge for Mo Johnston?

No matter what anybody says about him Kris Boyd is a 100% Bluenose Bear who has bought shares in the RST which I'm sure some on here will confirm. Let's be brutally honest here, and again I know it sounds ridiculous but we can never ever underestimate how much they hate us or the depravity to which some of them would swoop.
