Match Day Thread Liverpool v Hull City

It was always a free hit today. We're not blameless in being 3-0 down but we've caught a Liverpool side dead in form. We desperately need these 15 minutes to regroup and try and make more of an impact in the 2nd half. It's disappointing but it's naïve to think we wouldn't have afternoons like this. The lads need our backing rather than finger pointing.

 

I know i just wish people were saying we should be buying cover at RB and LB but no you were swallowing all that cum about buying Will Keane instead.

We just need to get through these run of games. After next weekend, the games run much kinder than what we're in now. Not enjoyable, but it's part and parcel of being a newly promoted side.

We were saying we dont ****ing need him and hes a sick note with no experience. The important bit being we didnt ****ing need an untried forward but we did need cover at RB and LB.

 

i just wish for once we would select and set-up a side that would play to try to push the opposition back. Playing nine men behind the ball and one lone striker is just inviting the opposition to come at us for with the inevitable result we have no outlet when we have the ball so we are under constant pressure the whole game.

I checked the other team's fixtures, why is it every season we have a run of 3 or 4 CL contenders, whereas everybody else plays them in a more spread out fashion. Not sure it makes a difference as you have to play them at some point, but we always seem to have runs of fixtures against top 5 teams.
