Just heard Moyes views about this on Radio Dark Side - he's going up in my estimation - he has solid views of the incident with clubs interest at heart even though he sounded a bit dour.

God no. Nicotine is the only drug involved. It's a delicious smoke, it's all about flavour.

I've smoked the shish pipe a few years ago
It does let tobacco tar into your lungs.
But it's filtered through the water in the bubble
The smoke comes up through a tube there is a mouth piece on the end of the tube

 

Depends how big the pipe was, how much it's loaded, the ratio and how many people are sharing.

 

Unless you smoke the whole pipe yourself

 

I`ve seen those contraptions. Never given them any thought. Just assumed they were loaded with stuff to send you off world.

I don't think the issue here is that he does it and associated the health implications - however big or small they may be.

I think the issue here is the whole 'role model' argument. How does it look to the young lad playing wanting to be a left back because his favorite player is PVA?
