    Couple of strikers that may well see us as a step up and actually want to come play for us as we are DESPERATE for a striker:

    Papiss Cissé 22 goals last year in bundersliga for friueburg - 2nd top scorer

    Ricky Van Wolfswinkle - gets a bit of positive press never seen him play though.

    Any thoughts on other would help as we are one week away from kick off and still no further with finding a replacement for carrol since january!!!!

    That's less 'scouting' more 'pulling names out of the air'. ;)

    A part of me almost thinks it'd be good for Ba to pick up a knock (nothing serious) against Arsenal as that would really force MA's hand. I reckon he wants to see if we could manage without another signing but I have my faith in our scouts that they are doing their job, just that MA hasn't approved many bids.

    why don't we just asks the scouts who they'd like to sign. Bear Grylls is the chief head scout don't you know. he knows a thing or two about survival. could come in useful in next years relegation dog fight.

    we could ask the brownies for a woman perspective as well...
