I think Sturridge injury is now behind him because he's prepared to play with little pains.

They've changed - we've changed, can't see that history has much relevance here.

My reporter mate (supports utd) got married during their Derby the week before last. I enjoyed reporting the result to him as his wedding present <laugh>

Probably no honestly but it was a little wanring form history.

I can remember those games in the latter season fairly well and one of them we just didn't bring the intensity.

It seems to me though this season you are right. I don't think i've seen that lazy first ten minutes out of us yet. the game style and instensity has been fairly consistent.

Frankly what went wrong v burnley was not that it was abandoning any semblance of a plan and lashing shots while not laying as a team.

Hull present manager would like the job on permanent basis, so it is not going to be easy.

    Decisions decisions... who to play!
    Karius or Mings?
    Sturridge to play or not?

I'd go with Mings, he's not been to blame for most of the goals we've conceded...
    Clyne, Matip, Lovern and Milner...
    Hendo, Gini and Lallana
    Mane, Firmino and Coutinho..

Studge and Origi from the bench if needed..
Just think with a free flowing front 3 would be harder for the Hull CBs to mark...

    But...

    Still think we'll lose..
We'll have a **** load of possession and attempts and they'll bag one with their two attempts!

    For me...

there no real argument about that first team. sturridge or not is really form me right now the only argument.

If you are anti mingolet fine whoever disagrees fine but klopp is not so....

Can will be back in a few more games.

As to will we win.. i think its how long it takes to get first goal. As long as its 0-0 i'd back us but we have not yet chased a game so that will be interesting to see.

hopefully we get the first goal and go from there.

I have zero intention of getting married but one thing is for certain, only July (not first week) is an option!

Before 2013/2014 I mean Hall 3:1 Liverpool they never beat us in any competition. Their manager Steve Bruce derailed Liverpool's title charge<doh>

not really... losing the cheslea and city in a row at christmas put us 6 points behind and we played catch up for 4 months.

I'd give steve bruce no credit for anything other than he's the one who ate all the pies!

Livermore, was he not sent off last week? So could be/is suspended for this game?
Given their issues at CB (injuries) we really should go at them hard and fast the first 10-15 mins and put them under real pressure.
1st goal and when it comes (if it comes) is vital, they will be playing a 9-0-1 formation for as long as it remains 0-0..
If we get the first goal, then they will need to open up, which should aid us further.. they nab a goal, then they'll be playing a 10-0-0 formation for the rest of the game!
