So you haven't made a point of looking him up? I don't know anything about him and I don't need to. I have to admit that he was pretty stupid to put his personal stuff out there though.

Why are you comparing ALL our exports to the 37 countries of the EU with only Germany's exports to the UK?

If the banks preferred Germany and France they would have moved by now.

By looking him up, if you mean have I googled "Peter Saxton" to find out what kind of a moron uses his own name to post bigoted **** on a football message board then guilty as charged! The Polish wife back story plastered all over his website makes him even more of a comedy figure.

That's a really stupid and ill informed thing to say. They will go wherever suits them best at the time, in the same way that factories and call centres that used to be in the UK moved abroad when it suited them. If it's cheaper and more efficient for the banks to operate in Germany and France post Brexit then that's where they'll go. The only loyalty they have is to their profits. Dublin will benefit as well IMHO.

He's brilliant at reaching the 10% of the population who passionately share his views - but that's not how elections are won.

So you take it quite seriously then. I just don't get the urge to do it.

For a political leader - and one who has made a decision that'll affect the UK for generations to come you might want to find out how many countries are in the EU.

You might also want to realise that for us to trade with Germany we have to agree a trade deal with the whole of the EU. If we don't agree a free trade deal with the EU and rely on the WTO as you seem to be suggesting, then it's going to affect us because it means it'll affect all our trade to each one of the 27 member states!

Again seems pretty obvious and simple. Though I suppose maybe not that sensible...

Any evidence that Owen Smith is more popular and likely to win an election than Corbyn?

If we lose financial passporting many institutions will be forced to review their position, as otherwise they'll be unable to trade ffs!

They're already drawing up contingency plans should we not gain full single market access.

But I'm sure the Mail hasn't made this fact clear to you, so therefore you wallow in ignorance.

Sadly not. There's a bit of a leadership vacuum at the moment. Corbyn's not the answer though.

Hilary Benn could win Labour an election. But unfortunately the zealots currently have the upper hand in the party and they'll ensure he never gets near the leadership - if he even wants it.
