Most Europeans are white and dont have a "dark" skin or darkies as you elegantly put it.
Brexit in part was controlled migration from the EU, The rest of the world is controlled so is irrelevant with Brexit.

May has already announced a new "Ministry for Brexit", the first task-specific Whitehall body to be created since WWII. Upwards of 50 trade deals will need to be negotiated around the world, not just with Australia, simply to replace the ones we would lose as a direct result of resigning our EU membership. Given that the engine of govt has been cut by 20% since 2010, that's a daunting task.
