Hold your chap in one hand, the other participant holds his chap in his own hand. You then grab the wrist of the other participant (the one that he's holding his chap in) and he does the same to you. You then jerk his hand, he jerks yours, the result is you are in effect being tossed off by someone else but they don't actually have a hold of your member.

It sounds a bit on the Poove side but you can convince yourself it isn't at all gay as nobody but you has a hold of your man servant.
