I went for Swansea & Liverpool. And I have Scott Dann for scoring defender, as he's had 2 I think my points should be even lower than other answers.

 

I choose Sunderland for quote a few answers

Stoke was a good choice, Man City a bit obvious so depends how many took the easy option

 

Better to be right than wrong.

 

Sunderland was obvious, Spurs maybe too.

 

Spurs haven't won twice away though?

 

I knew we had Arsenal and Chelsea away so went for the obvious on 2 away wins

I went for it because we had more away games than anyone else and had Burnley away #thatwentwell

 

THey have Boro this weekend I think

Ive already won with selecting Boro to lose at home though

Question is how many others did?!

 

GW 3 I went with BUrnley to keep a clean sheet. DIdnt think agaisnt us though fffucketysake

 

I think @Jurgen is celebrating Spurs' victory at Boro a little early here though, they aren't pushovers and only lost 2 at home last season and 3 the season before. I know that was in the Championship but I still don't think it'll be an easy place to go this season.

I think you've ****ed yourself over a bit because they've only got 3 away games in their first 7 fixtures, you should've gone with a team that had 4 or more (Liverpool had 5, as an example, so much higher chance of actually winning 2 of them).

Though I am bottom so I wouldn't take any advice that I give out too seriously

 

Or just pick a tema that's clearly going to win 2 away games like City

 

Lets not forget that some thought Guardiola was a fraud who just joined clubs who were already dominant and wasn't a brilliant manager. Go back to the summer threads and see how many Guardiola doubters there were, you'd be surprised.

 

Must admit I was one that said I think he'll struggle initially, it's the first club he's gone into that hasn't already been best in the league by a mile. At the moment, he's got them playing well and morale is probably high on the basis they've got arguably the best manager in the world at their club.

The true test will come when City it a bit of bad form. Some managers don't have experience of managing a club through bad times. Look at Mourinho and Chelsea. Things started going wrong and it seemed like a new experience for him and he didn't know how to get out of it and it just spiralled. Not saying Pep is going to have same problem, but he's not really had to go through a bad patch in his career... worse he's had is not winning the CL at Bayern FFS
