For the sake of everyone's sanity please can this endless DD discussion end now. Please, no more posts on the subject!
OK, stand corrected, nevertheless, it was something that seems not to have been picked up when the sale was made.
The debenture was on the public record at Companies House so I'd be very surprised if it wasn't picked up.
Quote from HDM 2014. The big questions Hull City Council must answer about the SMC lease mess at KC Stadium By Hull Daily Mail | Posted: December 10, 2014 Comments (24) Why is this scrutiny meeting being held by Hull City Council in the first place? The Council has been under increasing pressure to respond to claims made by Dr Assem Allam since he published the latest accounts for SuperStadium Management Company (SMC) last month. Mr Allam hit out at the Council over the way the club’s former owner Russell Bartlett formed a holding company (Superstadium Holdings Limited) to take over ownership of the SMC and then secured two multi-million-pound mortgage loans using the SMC lease on the stadium as a guarantee. The SMC recently agreed to spend £4.5m to clear the loans after initially challenging the actions of the lender, the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). It seems it was on the lease.
I have given reasonable example and explanation to support my original post. I've discussed it reasonably with others and tried to do the same with you. My comment was on-topic and relevant. How about dropping your childish posts and stop derailing the thread, as it's achieving nothing other than making you look petty and boring.
Burnsy seems to think Sir Adam is heading up a consortium. I hope this is true, but cant see the Allam's sitting round a negotiating table with him
Would have thought with the players who are supposed to be bidding for city, AP wont have the financial clout, unless its involving a consortium.
