    watching the mens doubles tennis (cos C4 aint showing the mens basketball semi final <grr>) and glad to see one ofthe french has got a british built wheelchair as their everyday chair

    Just turned that on. I see it's allowed to bounce twice. Rally's go on for ages. Some awesome shots! Is the net lower is something cos none of them have hit the net yet and this rally is about 40 shots long!

    nah same height
    you will see lots of almost "moon" shots its just to give time to get in position as it is difficult to generate huge amounts of power to beat guys at back of court in doubles.

    as an aside most disability sport is played using able bodied kit i.e. tennis courts , basketball courts etc as they couldn't afford anything different

    forgot to say earlier ball girl forgot about the second bounce rule and the lesser GB player had pulled out of his shot instead of wiping her out.
    though actually not sure he would have got there and by doing that the point was replayed and they then won it

    I guess the balls are higher when they hit it so they haven't got it to hit it up over net and get overspin to bring it back down so bit easier to return.

    GB just falling apart a bit here in 2nd set.

    yeah service will be much slower than equivalent AB tennis though the frog one legged amputee with bizarre chair generated quite a bit of power on his serve

    the womens 4x100 team just passed the baton round smoothly . would be nice if t our Olympic mens 4x100 team learnt from them how to do it

    An Iranian Para-cyclist has died after being involved in a crash during the men's C4-5 road race at the Paralympics.

    The Iranian Paralympic Committee confirmed Bahman Golbarnezhad, 48, died after being admitted to intensive care in Rio following the incident on Saturday.

    Golbarnezhad also competed at the London Paralympics in 2012.

    They knew that course was madness in the main olympics. A lot of people got injured and now sadly one dead.. someone should be done for it imo. No excuses
