I see a major retreat here. Rubbish Scotland only scoring 5 against rubbish Malta is rubbish, you've said. england, you tell me, is a great team, & you seem absolutely convinced that you're going to the WC. However you don't back this belief by predicting england scoring more goals than Scotland did against Malta. That reflects badly on what you think of your team. We scored 5 away from home, you'll only score 3 or 4 at Wembley. Poor if that turns out to be the case, what with your great team, and the home advantage. I love the 9 man caveat btw, but it's irrelevant. And we didn't score against 9 men - there were only seconds of the match left when they went down to 9. And you know it!

Nope, quietly confident we'll get a good result in england, possibly even a narrow victory. After all, who is there to worry about in your team? england have a poor record against underdogs, so that gives us some confidence. And where's this Malta producing a miracle thing coming from? I simply asked for a predicted result when the mighty england takes them on at home. Still convinced you won't do as well as Scotland against them, even though you're at home with a squad of very expensive players?
