Back to the OP.. I have been embroiled in this labour leadership carry on so have had less time to post on here.

 

You've got a lot of healing to do. You're going to be raw for a while yet fella, that's a broken heart for you. Can't let bitterness and hang ups hold you back from healing in the future though. Don't dig you heals. I've seen that attitude wreck many a man, myself included. Let yourself heal and anything can happen. Keep your wound open and only you'll suffer while telling yourself you're better off. Mustn't stand in your own way fella, when you're ready to move on, let yourself.

I've had my heart ripped out too, **** me I made hard work of it, there was only me suffering in the end though that's for sure.
