Question regarding Inter Milan away - my father and I have season tickets and 1 away game, but he isn't keen on going to Inter away. Does anyone know im able to use his season ticket for purchase but give somebody else's details on purchase so I can take somebody else instead?
As far as I'm aware, the customer number AND the passport details have to match, otherwise you can't collect the tickets.
The tickets are being sent special delivery but I believe security at the ground can/will check to see that the details match. I don't know if this happens in practice though
That's the one! They check the passports to see if it matches the ticket details, but as you say, if it happens in practice, who knows! I wouldn't risk it though. And I'm fairly sure you have to enter passport details on the Saints site when you purchase tickets (sure I read that somewhere)
Thanks for the responses. Im guessing then that the name on the ticket is automatically the name of the person the season ticket is under? And you can't enter complete passport details of a different person when you buy the tickets?
No, they all have to match and yes you do have to input the details when purchasing. I wonder if anyone can comment on the likelihood of detailed checks. I think I read somewhere that there is some sort of security ring before the ground itself and that's where they check
Slip a €100 note in the passport when you show it at the ground. Then you either get in or spend a night in the cells, but hey, it's Italy. You'll get in.
