You can't watch Dragons Den and really think it's a serious programme. It's basically a comedy just like The Apprentice.
I've never watched an episode of the Dragons Den but I've seen various clips. What get's me about this bollocks is that it's all about the big idea, as if it's the person who has idea who gets rich. Anyone remember the first 'alcopop' Hooch? It was the first alcoholic drink that mixed lemonade with vodka together in a bottle, they made money for about two years before everyone bigger than them nicked the idea and made products that didn't taste like complete ****e. The business ideas that will make you money are not weird and whacky inventions, it's the boring niche fillers such as, for instance, building a GPS computerised system to let long haul trucking firms plan their operations more efficiently - and being able to flog it to the biggest trucking firms globally, which make people millionaires. And the person who has probably developed such a system has probably spent a few years working in the industry to find out the needs and wants of such firms, not sitting in a basement trying to think up something to sell in the Gadget Shop.
The world economy is on the brink of collapse again, so show like Dragons den should be showing people how to gain visas for China.
I'm awaiting the patent on my all new ChokeyWankomatic Simultaneous ChuffTickler. I worried that it was a bit toooooo niche but Dougie's placed an order for 6 - like Mick says, though, Ann Summers will just make a furry one and blast me out of the marketplace.
Cheers - I'll change the profile pic soon - gives me an excuse to go on pot alike sites anyway It could do with an extra word but Carol Kirkwood's Sentient Funbags is too long
Dragon sadly dead and trannys now en-vogue (especially in porn etiquette) Time for Mick to cancel threads after 5 years and save folk getting cancelled.
I agree, Pompey is the resident tranny and he/it will be upset I offer free sex change operations* * life expectancy is 0.001%
