Agreed and beyond dispute. But without reflection, debate and comment - both positive and critical, there'd be no point having this forum and Michael Bailey and Paddy Davitt would be out of a job
I know mate. And I b*tch nearly as often as any (except KIO) It is another win though. Most on her would have said "immediate Automatic promotion at any cost" At the moment, can't moan toooooo much. Performances, yes: awful. Another 3 points though.
I don't need sympathy that's more of an insult imo. My first game was 1959, but i don't see what that has to do with anything? When Grant Holt was scoring goals we had a different outlook, we kept going to the bitter end, always going forward. As I said I'm pleased we got 6 points from those games but we didn't cover ourselves with glory against teams that are 4th and 2nd bottom of the division. THAT disappoints me!
I'm with you on that one ILD and I'm just hoping that injuries/unfit players permitting, we can put a slightly different midfield/striker out on Saturday!! Does anyone know when Jarvis is likely to return to the fray - nothing to do with corned beef!! Edit - Sorry Cromer, yet another 'cross thread alert!!'
Come on mate! We are all gutted at how sh*t we are playing. They didn't sign the players we needed, yet again! We are stuck with this now. And we are winning. I'm gutted by how we are playing. If we go up....I don't care how we played.
I kind of see where you're coming from, but ...., we'll be straight back down again, as we can't entice good/fit players to sign for us and 'the board won't push the boat out' after the last 2 £8M failures.
Wealthy backers - all of them!!! Can someone hack into AN's email - "Credit to Leicester City. They have gone away from home and played two up front and it has paid off so far.!!!" #outrageous
As I said on a previous post, playing like that we would be relegated by mid season. Could you imagine Aguero against that show last nigh? He would probably gone away with 2 match balls!
Well Moxey doesn't agree. He stated we needed to offload a major player (Brady presumably, who we had priced out of the market) to be able to do stuff on deadline day. So, sorry, your comment doesn't stack up.
we arn't playing Aguero mate...We are now in the Championship. So we a are doing what we can about that
Not your fault, Cromer, It's often used that way, but there are many other situations that would be much more suitable. I find it ironic that many complaints were made last season about our inability to close out a match in which we were leading and yet now we have done just that in the last two matches and have received loads of criticism all the same.
Not into insults then, ILD? We still have the same players (Redmond excepted) who held Aguero and co to a goaless draw last time out, but then using one match to forecast another (hypothetical) one a year in advance seems to be a sound logic?
