As long as skunk remains strictly controlled I wouldn't mind. Skunk causes more mental health problems than it solves.
That's the exact reason I'm all for it. Smokers will know exactly what it is they are getting (plus being able to choose between indica/sativa etc.) and it won't be the chemically enhanced **** that mostly floats about these days. Undoubtedly would reduce the risks.
