You see stuff like and you have to ask? Was Bent's Mum verbally abused I hope the Club trace them and ban them from games. Sub human scum they are.
Social media for all its good is also he death of society. It breeds mistrust, it gives a voice and platform to the uneducated, it takes mystery and excitement out of life. I use it, but you know, I do wish the world wasn't all about it.
NDong looks a confident lad (you'd have to be with that barnet) and he might have a good effect. I think Gooch is probably made from stern stuff too. We just need some wins to get us going but with marking like that we won't get them. No reason to think that Moyes won't sort it though.
You shouldn't be ashamed of your fans @Bri OBE mate, because like every other club, you have a majority that represent your club, who wouldn't dream of doing these things. There will always and forever be a ****nugget element to any fan base of any sport. I bet I could find people who have trolled Paralympians on Twitter, the fact of the matter is there is a small portion of scum in life and they tend to find their way to the front of the queue on social media. Sad little gimps mate, at what point do you let football affect you that much that you think 'I know, when I get home I'm trolling that little ginger lad's dad'? They're just worms and maggots mate, not supporters by definition.
If I was the club and these morons had season tickets I would have them cancelled/ripped up then I would be contacting the police and pressing charges!!!!! These brave keyboard warriors - - - - - TWiTS!!!!!
I've not read the whole thread, so somebody else might have mentioned. But I think the problem is Januzaj is our only player who can take corners from the left - and he's ****e at them. Khazri's from the right we know are usually dangerous and before he came on Gooch also took one from that side and it was wicked to deal with IIRC - whipped in with pace and curl just in the area defenders hate.
Ian is a class act. Always takes time to respond. Love this as well. If it was my kid I'd have been on the rampage!
He is, he get's bombarded with questions on all manner of subjects and he always responds. Intelligent and friendly. I'd love him to have an extended spell as the FA chief but he doesn't fancy it.
Moves should be able to sort out the defence issues before the next game. It's been said before but what was glaringly obvious last night was the absence of a striker who can win the ball in the air and hold on to it while other players move forwards. Every time we cleared the ball last night we lost possession and more often than not it was pinged straight back into a dangerous area
This is going to sound like I'm taking the piss, but it might be worth trying to pick up Crouch on loan or a short deal. His game complements Defoe's very well and they're very hard to defend against as a pair. Getting in a similar style of youngster and getting them up to speed so that they can start next season too would be ideal. As a neutral watching the game last night, I'd have to say that I thought the first half went well, but Koeman upped their game at half-time. The introduction of Deulofeu for Barkley injected pace and directness to their game and you struggled to deal with it. Some heads went down after the first goal too, which isn't ideal. You looked a lot like a Moyes team for 45 minutes though, which I'd find encouraging. That he can get players to buy into what he's trying to build so quickly has to be a good thing. It might take him a little while to get it right, but there were positives, I think.
Not taking the piss, I found that a constructive post. Wouldn’t mind Crouch but A) Stoke wouldn’t let him leave and B) We need someone up there with legs (excuse the pun) as well as height, as the ball kept on pinging back time after time.
Well after Spurs you've got a kind run of fixtures starting in the League Cup. Some teams struggling for form, some 'lower' teams. You really should have an idea of how your season will shape up when you get out the other side of the Hull game. You could get a bit of a run going and surge up the table. It's probably the 'kindest' run of games in your calendar this season.
Play like you did in the first half yesterday and you could do well, but if you play like you did 2nd half it'll be another long winter.
