Yeah, have to say...if the individual developments continue..lala will be more of an asset in the 11 than Couts... I don't mind him shooting once or twice but he's far too one dimensional at the moment...not scientifically obviously lol
Coutinho could take lallana place in midfield for all I know... I agree though coutinho needs to look for the cute pass not the smashed shot.
Lucas ....SENT TO ENTERTAIN THE CORPORATES AFTER GAME. "My first assist in 10 years" They all had a good laugh.
I'm a Lucas fan so this comment may well be biased but I thought his reading of the game and distribution from the back was excellent. The hard fast balls into the feet of the forwards was just what was needed and sent us into attack many times.
It's why we need defenders who can play with the ball - building attacks from the back is crucial for us so it's encouraging that we have Sakho and Matip.
@Jimmy Squarefoot I don't see Sakho getting much of a look in but you are right and Klavan is also good on the ball.
Mama is unlikely to break into 1st again, Klopp would be undermining his own authority if he allowed him back into the side.. can see the cult hero going out on loan in Jan to then be sold in the summer
That particular game was the final game of the season and the game we received the league trophy as champions, the major factor our average league attendance was around 47k and not in the 50+k bracket every home league game was that the anny road end was terracing back then and only a handful of clubs took their full allocation and filled the away section which kept figures down.
Sakho will be sold to PSG for 30mil... easy money. move on lads. As for the attendance... pag is probably onto why the attendance was 51k last weekend too. I would say there was not too many leicester fans in TBH. not sure but they looked thin enough.
it was as bad as gerrard slip.. he wasn't uder that much pressure. He took his eye off the ball and miscontrolled it and panicked then.
That's what Klopp's been trying to instil in them from day one. Everyone makes mistakes, that's a given, it's how you go forward following the mistake that sets people/players apart. Klopp wants the players not to dwell on it, recover quickly and move on.
please log in to view this image Not the best view.... It appears they've built the central corporate section higher than the surrounding seats.
