Just seen the Egyptian man playing Table Tennis on the news, the guy has no arms ****ing insane. Puts the paddle in his mouth to play and throws it up with his toes to serve, Now that is talent.

Just seen a short clip of dude playing table tennis on news while waiting for MOTD ... he had no ****ing arms! Paddle in his mouth and throwing ball in the air to sere with his feet! He was playing a dude with 1 arm, didn't seem that fair to be honest!

Games are alot shorter than Olympic, 10 as opposed to the 16 days, so it all happens at once. Tbh I don't think she was competing, at least not in the long jump, shes also a sprinter so might only be doing that. Haven't seen much myself, C4 just aren't very good at it. No tradition of sport (unless its got a horse in it) so don't really set the mood properly.
Hasn't been on for 14 years and wasn't live action. Wasn't even made by C4 and was literally and hour a week. Hardly counts as having a tradition in the way BBC, Sky or even ITV do.
