Any of you lot. It would be good to put names to faces and lives. Of the famous, all the usual suspects and some of the really evil scumbags that have run things. Family : My Paternal Grandfather, who ran away to sea at 14. Worked for a circus in New Zealand, Made a fortune and had it stolen by a partner, was on the Ark Royal WWII. I miss him and would like to write his story. Only one person for it really. Mau a Mexican I have lost touch with and used to live with in Japan. Now, I speak Spanish and live here, but can not hunt him down despite trying....
My father. He had a very hard time as a youngster, and refused to talk about it. He died when I while still a teenager and it is only in the last ten years that I have been able to piece some of his life and family together. There are still lots of blanks that I would like to ask him about and would like him to fill those in.
I'm not usually mentioned in such exalted company, Charlie! Your grandfather sounds a real character and I think you should begin to write his story straight away. If you need any help editing, I'd be more than happy to help...

Family: maternal grand father, died before I was born in his fifties. Never heard a bad word about him and we could have played, watched & talked cricket as he could have played for Essex but for is dodgy ticker with did for him.
