Well earned point today. Much, much better second half. Take note Guido, this is how we should play every week.
Very very unlucky Swansea but Chelsea are KNOWN for their luck. I recall it was 2-2 at Chelsea last year wasn't it?
Great effort by Fab who takes credit for earning us a point.....Chelsea had 25 shots ON target and could have won this by a large margin if it was not for him.....Another poor display apart from 3 or 4 minutes where Chelsea were all over the place.......Happy with a point after that....
Cork done a lot of work both first and second half. Fer turning up for 30mins doesn't justify motm for me.
Well that was fun. Bit of bite at last, I thought we played well over all. Glad Taylor was taken off when he was, the players looked lost tactically when he was on. Guido eventually got it right taking him off and, although we didn't see much of the ball in the first half we looked better than we did with that odd formation. Not Taylors fault imo, I think Guido tampered with the formation far too much but credit too him, he realized his mistake and took Taylor off for Barrow Thought Fers goal was dodgy and Costa's was dangerous play so they cancelled themselves out. I'm very happy with the performance post Taylor, especially the second half, I'm happy with our fight and our bite, great second half. The point was a mega bonus for us.
Guido needs to learn that our best system is 4-3-3. We'll be a handful for anyone if we play like we did second half every week.
The way we played second half it almost feels like 2 points dropped. Hopefully this will give the team some confidence. Wonder how Taylor feels now?
