Snodgrass - Was just glad to see him back after he smashed his leg against the post against Man Utd, but provided that threat all day with some insightful balls and running, the goal clinched it for me. Livermore - Up to 94 mins he was shading it for me over Snoddy, he is a revelation at the back and adds that composure being able to pick a pass from there. Interesting that he ranks 6th in the Premier League for the season in passes made, says it all really. Clucas - Another Phelan masterstroke by putting him in the middle of the park as holding midfielder, again he has surpassed any realistic expectation of his performances to date. Special mentions to Thudd (played some lovely balls), Hernandez (never stopped running and was unlucky first half with the saved effort), Davies (again lead the defence magnificently), and Meyler (again covered a lot of ground doing the dirty work and was again unlucky with his effort which hit the post). On the down side Jakapovic still gives me nightmares when he has to clear the ball, his distribution is panicky and worrying, and Dio despite his effort seems destined for the bench, it`s one good moment immediately followed by a **** up. Difficult to gauge the new lads on the brief time they had on the pitch, but I do believe that Keane will be fourth choice striker where as Mason is destined for the starting 11.
I know where ever did he come up with this??? Amazing. Oh ye he copied it from steve Bruce in pre season. Still carry on.
Clucas Davies Livermore Clucas has surpassed all expectation, I wasn't sure he would take to the Premier League as well as he has, but given his career progression to date it was the next inevitable step. He deserves every bit of praise he's getting from pundits.
Snodgrass. How much did we pay for him, I can't remember? Livermore. A natural at centre back and as a result we discover a brilliant centre mid in Sam Cluclass. Cluclass. What a bargain. Who was that coined the name 'Clueless' on here? Now who's Clueless? **** Special mentions for Meyler and Hudd, two more players proving people wrong. I thought Phelan hinted at needing a win to to cement the job. If that's what he's been told, then it's out of order. Too much pressure when you look at our upcoming fixtures.
Very happy ta. I just dont like thick ****s making it up. The lie keeps getting repeated enough times people will believe it.
Snodgrass.... confidence oozing out of him Livermore... Mr Phelan.. if it aint broke don't fix it!!!!!! Clucas... if only he wasn't ginger...lol.. As with every game so far, it could have been 3 from many... Thought Jako was unlucky with the shot as it came around Curtis... lets just accept it was a fabulous strike.
The fact that you can't seem to see a more attacking intent in our games so far this season, says more about your eyesight, than anyone else's opinion.
Is that the point I'm making? No. Shall i say it again. Phelan came up with a wonderful new plan of playing Clucas in CM. WRONG That dinosaur Bruce had already started doing that. Ok? Got it now?
Afraid I'm the guilty one, but in my defence I said I thought he was good and liked him, but others were too quick to criticise him.

and what preseason game was that - not Grimsby because Jake and Hudd played centre midfield - not Ferriby because he didn't play or was it Mansfield because he resigned after that - stop making things up
SB did play Clucas on one or two occasions last season in a central midfield role, as I remember commenting that I thought he did well in that position. However he didn't play the deeper lying position he is at the moment, Huddlestone was playing there. MP has changed things whereby Huddlestone is playing further forward, and Clucas is playing the deeper role.
