We like a good old hooligan thread. investigation has been launched after a number of West Ham fans clashed with stewards and Watford supporters during a home game at London's Olympic Stadium. The club says those identified as being involved in the crowd trouble will be given lifetime bans, as it has a "zero tolerance" policy to disruptive behaviour. Some West Ham supporters even ended up fighting each other as the Hammers lost 4-2 in their second Premier League match of the season. ............. Does anyone ever see it now? Whats the worst you have seen?
Seen loads and know loads of yobs but never had the urge to get involved. As you know, Comm, years ago you had to go to away games mob-handed else you were in big trouble.
What Dorty says. Had loads of truck at Boro going back to Ayresome Park days. Stamford Bridge league cup semi 1985 was spicy too
That was mental, I can still the police horses on the pitch scattering Chelsea fans. Was it Clive Walker who upset them? You see, BIlly, wor fans would have slapped those same horses
To much hassle with coppers always knocking at the door. Im not gonna lie and say i regret it. But got out very early. It was most of my mates involved at the daft shield ferry episode. That turned out well for both sides.
Apparently there was trouble yesterday here, I didn't see any though. Genuinely, not in a Wenger way.
Still got the scars from it mate. Aye, there was one **** chasing Walker about on the pitch with a seat, lol. I picked up enough money that they threw at us to buy 4 cans on return. After being stitched & coming out of hospital of course, lol.
Best way getting out early mate. When you say you regret it.....don't.....it was a way of life for many.....and you made the decision to get out. Good, well done. I know a fellow who was lying in bed one morning and his front door went in.....he reckons his missus shouted "who's that?' to which he replied "well, it ain't the milkman"
When i saw them in the national press getting the ireland v england game stopped. I knew i was right.
Aye, it's not really smart going to someone's city or country and smashing the place up. That lot was mental.
But we dont hear much these days. A few w ham chelsea or milwall scuffles. Nowt major. Only england games.
Too much to lose now, I reckon Comm. I was 'offered' the chance to fight with Grimsby fans recently. The 'offer' came from some old timers I've known for years. They were deadly serious, I just laughed at them. What would the grandkids think ffs?
Whats been the worst sunlun v mags match? There was the invisible barrier on the half way line one time.
