i had an interesting chat about football the other day with a few of my chelsea mates at work and was suprised to hear what they had to say.they said they actually envy me watching lower league football and more so wycombe.they said they dont enjoy football as much now as when they were a mediocre team in the seventies and eighties and went to games not expecting to win and when they did win it was brilliant, now they go to games expecting to win all of them and when they lose or draw they go home with the hump.now who would have thought that.
said the man from France Nah its true though. Ive never been less of a fan of top flight football. I follow Stoke because my Dad is a born and bred Potter and its funny seeing them kick big teams of the park. Apart from that I couldnt care less. BLOOOS!
Support a premier league team and. 1.You probably wont be able to afford to see them play, we all know people who come to work wearing shirts who have never seen the club play live, how sad is that. 2.The foreign players the team bring in for the most part hate the city, the weather, or the English and make it clear they are only there for a massive pay cheque how can you cheer the lads on when they are just a bunch of mercenaries.
cheers Rocky apart from the premier league, the ***** at fifa and the franchise (which is still trying to worm its way into aylesbury without much success ha) i'm at peace with the world.
the chelski fans i know at work go every week home and away and europe and spend thousands but the man u and arsenal fans have never seen their own grounds and would probably need a sat nav to get there.
