Well thats that solved then <ok>

It's not a defence of JT either. Its just weird how Giggs isn't held to the same standard, when what we know him to have done, is one of the worst things a man can do.
JT allegedly slept with some hoe that his ex team mate used to bang, and both parties deny it ever happened.
Giggs comes out and admits an act of symbolic incest and everyones like "meh"

I think the press reaction is based on what both players did during their (private) careers. There's so much more that goes unreported!

So Boris has been forced to scrap his points based immigration promise.

In addition to the promise that we wouldn't pay into the EU post Brexit and that the NHS will receive extra funding

So 3 key promises of the Leave campaign in the bin.

Which sort of highlights the prime point that appeared to be missed by many and certainly wasn't highlighted enough by Cameron et al. That being, that Leave had no authority to promise anything to anyone, as they didn't represent the Govt of the day, so why did anyone believe a word they said?

I think Thatcher Lite put the kybosh on Boris's little plan?..

But, as you say, promises that couldn't be delivered upon as they were in no position to promise anything.

I expect Boris was already mentally in No.10 when he dreamt this up!

Boris didn't think for a minute that Leave would win.

His face on that Friday morning when Cameron had thrown him the grenade was a ****ing picture.

He thought he was making himself the next shoo in PM when Cameron left at the end of this parliament. He'd ticked the far right Tories box and showed 'leadership' it was fait accompli, until the the votes were counted....

I don't think this sort of thing, and it's not the only one, do anything to dissuade the idea that he's a bit of a ****!...

Probably not. But, as you say, I'm sure he saw himself as leader one day - probably still does. So, he's probably been cooking up schemes and plans for 'when I'm in charge' for a while.

Just a shame he didn't spot Gove's missus' kitchen knife heading for the middle of his back! <laugh>

Yeah that was funny in fairness, Gove did him like a kipper and looked him in the face as he sunk the knife in, the hard faced ****er <laugh>

A few weeks after the referendum the BBC did a report from Southend where they interviewed people who had voted Leave and asked them if they were happy with Brexit progress. One fat old **** said he wasn't happy because they needed to get on with it. The interviewer asked him "get on with what?" and he replied "they need to get them.....start leaving the EU".

So close to exposing his genuine views on national TV!

Many have been using immigrants as their excuse for the failings in their own lives for years.

I haven't got a job coz of dem Poles. I want a bigger council house but dem Poles are gerrin 'em.

Then there's the scared little Englanders *waves at Custard* like those round here. Not an immigrant in sight but you spoke to many of the locals in the pub and they were virtually exclusively out voters based primarily on immigration concerns. Why ffs?

And before the usual suspects jump all over this, I know many voted out after making a decision based on the beaurocracy and the federalism ideals of some in the EU, but far more simply didn't.

So why would I be a scared little Englander when I want control of our boarders? Sounds like more sour grapes from the snowflakes to me.
Embrace the UK and the rest of the world, stop looking inwards to a failing EU.

Listen, you've already made it plain that you want to remain living in a town that has "a majority of Christian English born" honkies in it, so your reasons are clear. Stop them coming or they'll eventually get here!

    No point even denying it.

Compromise is a wonderful thing. "Reducing immigration by 300,000" before the referendum became "control our borders" the day after it (once Gove and Farage started backtracking)
