There's only Syd and Mick who look after GC so it's a tall order...the rest of us are responsible for specific areas such as the Chelsea board in my case... The very nature of GC means that even if we had a referral system half their lives would be spent just looking at PM's...that particular 1/2 hour was a bit beserk even in normal GC terms to be honest The BBC outsourced their moderation and paid for it, pretty well by all acounts, and also had very strict guidelines and was a ****house in that respect...Not606 hasn't got any fo that resource and at least here you can communicate with mods...and it's not always bad
