From memory there is about another ten years for us to trigger the buyback clause.

Regarding the ground by back agreement there are complications.

If I remember correctly the clause in the agreement states the name of a company that no longer exists having the option to by back the ground. It does not say LUFC have the option.

Think I read all the documents on Simon O'Rouke's site but not 100% about that.

Still good news about GFH though.

 

Perhaps you should set the breakfast debate and let us know what we can and can't comment on

 

The right to buy back definitely transferred to the current club ownership structure.
Someone posted the documentation here when Cellino made his broken promise.

 

Either that or put the rest of us on ignore.
We are all on the same page today and didn't need the lecture!

 

If that is correct I expect news about the ground being bought back before the end of November. Think it's around then the rent is due for another year.
