The mortgages on the sports ground would have been paid off a couple of years ago when they were sold to Hull City Tigers Limited. When the Allams had to accept that Bartlett's debt to the Royal Bank of Scotland was legally binding they made an arrangement to repay it. It could be that the payments were made according to that agreement. It looks like the Companies House paperwork wasn't done at the time and this was discovered under due diligence.
They didn't have much choice. I doubt people would want to buy the club if we hadn't bought or loaned enough players.
I just dont understand why women get things done to their mouths. In the vast majority of cases it isn't an improvement.
Ok was listening to Burns this morning and he was suggesting that the deal had been agreed with two investors .. presumably the Dai's.. however when the F&PPT was submitted this had suddenly swollen to 10 consortiia members .. two of which are allegedly deemed unsuitable .. make of that what you will
so we have what appears to be a debt free club (first time since 1904 no doubt) and a few new signings, a half decent interim manager and more points on the board than any of you lot predicted before the start of the season and you still moan like **** and slag off the Allams Don't get me wrong, the name change was bollocks , the ticket pricing fiasco was at best badly thought out and at worst an Allam being a **** (more likely the commercial director being a ****) and they deserve the slagging off for such but lets get a little bit of perspective here, the club is in its best position its been in for like ever........ Controversial perhaps but the facts are there
As I have consistently said, they are not the best owners we have ever had and they are not the worst.
Under Allam Corp's rule we've had 3 times more debt than ever in our history, yet people post things like this and criticise Duffen for financial mismanagement.
Go on then enlighten us all..... Fact. The club have never been in a better position. They are ripe for selling which is why we have people wanting to buy.
