There is another party having discussions. Not necessarily over with the Chinese. Other party is interesting...I think its a watch this space. Sworn to secrecy but very very credible
People have failed it before but have usually been able to find a way around - via transfer of shares or a re-jig of personnel. Wait and see. It's off in its current form but may yet be salvaged.
