It turned out the Law A level class had been over subscribed so the teacher told the four lads who had only attained a level C in their English GCSEs not to bother coming again. Apparantly there's hell to play, but, albeit for one lesson, they're four lads who have studied Law & are no doubt ITK.

Thing is until we actually know the full details of why and IF they have failed the test then we can't offer solutions as in 'just drop the person who failed'. It doesn't work like that I'm afraid and I imagine if they have failed it, it will be for reasons far harder to solve them by just dropping a person. What happens to Henrickson now as he was a loan with a permanent in January which was to be paid by new owners?? 2. If we was in the championship, would they have had no issue with buying us? And if they had no issue with buying us in the championship, if they had and we were promoted would they have faced any tests then? Because if not then that's pretty ****ty testing?

I respect your knowledge but all sorts of dodgy people own football clubs. Leeds and Cardiff come to mind now but there have been plenty more.there must be more to this.

if its true they fronted the cash for new players, surely they had backup plans in place should they fail the fit n proper persons act, find it hard business people would of put that amount of cash forward without covering all bases looking forward to watching the details appear and see what develops
