If we were still in the EU the workers could follow them, but they won't be able to if free movement is stopped.

I dont think many will vote for Labour at the next election. They may beat UK in total votes but that will be about it.
    Corbyn will still be leader.

I guess it depends how good of a job May does, and how well our split from the EU turns out.
I think Corbyn will still be in charge too.
Not going to decide where I will vote yet though, long time to go yet.

The difference even at their upper end guesstimate is only 4%.

In any case, it's a red herring, as wherever those goods end up they're being sold on via businesses in the EU. A tariff might result in them being sourced from elsewhere.

Only if Keith Vaz is leader ... he's the only one Labour has got that could possibly compete with senior tories in the battle for the moral high ground <whistle>

When labour come to power the spend, spend spend and still screw up the economy, Tories are just as bad.

Looks like Monster Raving Loony part again for me <laugh>

What happens at the next election will depend on how Brexit goes - as and when it actually happens.

Well some would argue that Labour are there to temper Tories and their austerity and vice versa.
When we are in Boom time we need a good Labour government to spend our money and when it inevitably comes to bust time we need a good Tory government to tighten the purse strings.
Blair is still the best Prime Minister of my life time, foreign policy aside of course.
    Centrist Left Wing.

I'm just watching an interview with Peter Lilley.
Jo Coborn: What issues are up for negotiation with the EU?
Peter Lilley: The trading relationship between the UK and EU.
Jo Coburn: David Davies hasn't got a plan for that yet.
Peter Lilley: There's only two options: Trading on the same basis as the EUs three biggest trading partners - USA, China and Russia - which is on WTO tariffs. The alternative is as now with no tariffs. If the EU want WTO tariffs that is fine by us but it will be bad for the EU.
Jo Coburn: We've known that for several months. No work has been done.
Peter Lilley: You don't need any work. They are both very simple.
Jo Coburn: So why haven't they decided which one to go for?
Peter Lilley: It's not us that has to decide it's the EU.
I like Peter Lilley's plan. The people who are demanding a plan have not been able to come up with one themselves. They realise that any plan is exactly what we have now and subject to negotiations and negotiation strategies will not be publicised in advance.

Not so sure, Will labour voters migrate to UKIP who voted out, will Labour keep its vote with JC at the helm. Lib Dems are a nothing party now.
So many possibilities it will be a very interesting few years

It also depends what the majority of Labour MPs decide to do after the leadership election. I can't see them sitting there waiting to get picked off by Momentum.

Over saw the most prosperous time in the UK, economy wise, since I have been alive.
Yeah he did overspend, his government wasn't perfect, but no one has done anything definitive to reduce the deficit since he left office. All those cuts from camerons governments and we havent paid down any of the debt. So he is not in the running?

    Who else? Gormless Gordon Brown?
The Iron bitch Thatcher, the Milk snatcher?
    John Major? <laugh>
