Exactly, people wanting in to the UK would just go to Scotland.
We'd see a bumper increase in illegal immigrants should this come to pass, either that or we'd have to put Border control between us and Scotland, and who would pay for that?

Obviously they would only produce in the UK that which they want to sell in the UK market and produce what they want to sell into the EU in a member country. This may mean that some car manufacturers for example may reduce capacity in the UK whilst increasing it in the EU. It would make sense to stop making left hand drive cars in the UK for export to Europe if tariffs are going to be applied.
If it was a company looking to start up in Europe they may well decide that the EU market of 400 million is more important than the UK market of 60 million.

I have a plan, allow Scotties to have unlimited immigration, the rest of us have controlled immigration and access to single market.

And build a wall at the expense of the Mexicans, its a win win <ok>

Approximately 75%-80% of Toyota and Honda cars made in the UK are exported to the rest of the EU. (Source FT 27 June 2016).
We will not stop liking German cars if they go up in price as individually it won't seem much. To a company that exports thousands of cars to an area where they can manufacture and sell without tariffs it will mean an additional cost of tens if not hundreds of £millions
Toyota and Honda have spent over £2 billion each investing in the UK plants so a cutback will not happen overnight but future investment may well be within the EU

Toyota and Honda are not making money from the UK plants, so I expect them to move to a cheaper EU country sooner or later anyway.
    Nissan are keeping quiet.

Yeah they wouldn't block those wind farms from being built near his golf course <laugh>
They should have moved them somewhere else and billed him for the inconvenience, see how he liked them apples.

Anyway, who plans to vote for Labour in the next election?
And do you think Corbyn will still be leader?
