Like... hang on these are private personal data that no organisation has a right to outside of a judge giving a warrant. this would be illegal under eu law to ask for bank details and phone logs or you can't register a player As much as i would like clubs ot not trade in children's futures and let a local club take in a local boy for training until the day they say chuff off... well this seems to be breaking the law.
You get used to it and they have to drive so much that they have cruise control a lot more, too, which is ace.
Thought was already a rule that you can't sign players from outside a catchment area unless no one else will take them on? Keep it simple. Unless you live in a 30 mile radius, you can't sign for that club.
I do wonder. We've seen all three spanish clubs dinged for the parctice and we've seen wholesale abuse across eastern Europe of African and Brazilian players so..... I dunno what they will do but surely they can end the practice of clubs picking up players outside thier country and moving them in.
Certain organisations don't need a Court order to go thru bank details i.e. DWP , Local Authorities and i dread to think which others
