No it won't. They will all be general admission. This is why is marginal investment. It's the bottom tier retained with expanded concourse and a second tier with has the roof the same height as the main stand. It's massive for just those seats. Why no corporate I don't know.... but it could be considered a more fans stand. How the hell it will be used I don't know. Where will away section be and then it utterly dominates the kop in terms of look. The kop will have less on it than the anfield road... but the centenary stand will actually have fewest fans.
