Yes it did. banter and exchanges of opinion in all things football seems to have died on this forum. every thread gets overtaken and then ruined. Can't the 2 main culprits give it a rest !

Put pressure on Pixie to accept my challenge. He had to be banned from the Spurs board to remove the obsession with which he infected it. I do not propose that we ban him from this board, but I do propose that we each of us impose a self-exile from each other's threads. It would be a start. But it didn't start out as a Spurlock vs Skylarker thread did it , you've skipped over the fact that you wanted a HAIG vs Skylarker with you and your clan ready to vote the picture being used ....one could only imagine the derogatory picture you and your " Voting " clan would have come up with if HAIG lost . It was a pretty sneaky attempt Piskie but didn't work .if I was HAIG I would never enter any bet without the " Picture" in place from the start . Your insistence of not having the picture in place at the start speaks volumes about intent . Good luck to Spurlock and Skylarker , I suspect things with run smoother without a poster involved who would have been destined to a swarm during the season and a " Fixed " by voting picture if he lost by " The Clan" . Should be a nail bitter between Tottenham and Liverpool this season , 50/ 50 chance of finishing above each other IMO
