I didn't say it was a country. Are you saying that if the Queen is the Monarch of the UK then she is also the "Monarch of England", the "Monarch of Northern Ireland", the "Monarch of Scotland" and the "Monarch of Wales"?
Does that mean that the Prime Minister of the UK, Theresa May is also the "Prime Minister of Scotland", the "Prime Minister of England", the "Prime Minister of Wales" and the "Prime Minister of Northern Ireland"?
I didn't notice the Queen's roles as you appear to think they are in the list of roles as Queen: "Elizabeth II (Elizabeth Alexandra Mary; born 21 April 1926[a]) is, and has been since her accession in 1952, Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and Head of the Commonwealth. She is also queen of 12 countries that have become independent since her accession: Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis.". Maybe you have just got confused.

Why do you keep arguing against positions that I've never claimed to hold?

I thought the argument being proposed was that if you held a position in the UK that position was held in each of the countries of the UK. If you say that's not the case then I know that the Queen is the Monarch of the UK but I don't accept that the Queen is the "Monarch of England" as you claim. She certainly doesn't have England on the list of countries that she is Queen of. Maybe you are confused.

 

He doesn't think that they are, though. He thinks that the undemocratic, corrupt and foreign EU do.
