Pete plays the superiority card again because he thinks anyone not wealthy is stupid.

 

Do you always say stupid things? Until I became self employed I used to play tennis, football and chess regularly. People say I look 20 years younger.
Protestations of "mundane" usually hide the inadequacy of the individual and not the subject.

 

I'd like to see some bank statements to prove his wealth (redacted of course). I suppose I am relatively wealthy for my age, not that it matters to anyone but Pete.

 

Why do you say I am working out of a garage? You must know that makes you sound stupid.

I suggest taking on a physical hobby again or you risk not being around much longer to enjoy your lavish surroundings/garage.

No, I think anybody who says stupid things is likely to be stupid. Stupid people tend not to do well in a career. If you had studied philosophy and logic you would realise you have taken a necessary condition as being a sufficient condition.

 

I think you say stupid things and therefore fulfill you own criteria.

You see that is the problem with your assertions. They are your judgement and not society as a whole and therefore any flaw in your personality is manifest in your ability to judge someone's intelligence.

 

Where did you get that from? You appear to be deluded. I suppose it should be expected since you don't have much idea of what is going on in the world.
I built an extension to my house. Downstairs I built a garage to the front, utility room in the middle and an office and shower and toilet at the back with a bedroom over the garage and utility room.
In your world that may mean I work in a garage but every sensible person would realise I work in an office.
I would suggest you concentrate more and you may be able to understand what goes on around you and then you may have a happier life.

 

If you can't understand simple logic you wont be able to understand what goes on in the world and therefore you will have flawed judgement.

Yes you will.
However the most intelligent people I have met have low EQ and zero common sense. Their ability to deal with abstract throught and find solutions to problems is astonishing but they would struggle to realise that the lights need turning on because it's dark outside.
