Fortunately I'm not married. I like to think I've got a few years before worrying about that. I do have a girlfriend though it depends on your definition of long term as I know pedantry is a strong suit of yours. I didn't have to import her either.

By the way Pete, technically you don't own your house as you've admitted that you have a mortgage. You may have a majority share in it but if you default on the payments, the minority shareholder will turf you and your tenants out of the HMO. To be honest, at your age you should be mortgage free. You're obviously a ****ing terrible fat accountant.

I neither live with parents nor in a bedsit nor own a house nor am self-employed (as if that's some sort of measure of success when you're 40 years older than me working out of a garage). Then again, few people my age do/are.
