However, it wasn't a great debut from big Sam.
Rooney and Henderson either side of Dier in midfield is dreadful imo.
Play Rooney up top or as a genuine 10, nowhere else.
When they went down to ten Sam had Rooney and Dier as two holding players ffs.
Stones was playing ahead of Rooney. Madness.
Kane is never an international and nor are Henderson or Walker.

 

I would also include Sterling in the list of not international class

 

Once Guardiola has had a bit more time with him he'll be a very good player.
