I haven't parroted David Icke, that was just some noddies on here that got excited at finding a diversion from the words, because one or two images google throws up are from Ickes site, and desperately tried to make silly claims. <doh>

I haven't parroted anything form the leaflets. I did have a look at what those involved were saying, in case there was anything that could influence my existing reasons for choosing leave. That is what thinking people do.

L:ittle wonder some of you are so confused if you never read up on what others thought the vote was about.

I've put my reasons, they're not particularly covered by either campaign.

The argumets from some of the remoaners is ****ing hilarious. It'd maje a good thesis on delusion and pompousity.

Seems a little pointless mentioning how stable it has been, if he wasn't trying to imply it could occur again if we leave. It's a misleading claim anyway. There is no functional army of Europe (yet), so common ground could still be found without the bureaucrats.

You posted a number of David Icke's silly anti-EU memes and then called people that disagreed with you sheeple.
He uses that on a number of t-shirts available from his website and it's a common insult on his site.
Your club has a crap goalkeeper and Icke was a crap goalkeeper. It's all there! <laugh>
All of the points that you raised are the same vague nonsense that the Leave campaign and Farage were spouting.
Even the whole "arrogant, pompous remainers" thing is from them.
It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

Do you think Icke invented it? <laugh>

Pompous arses telling people what they think, despite evidence to the contrary, were a part of the reason people voted brexit.

It makes me happier and happier that we voted against them. <ok>

So Pete is predicting the imminent break up of the EU and yet a key remain campaigner should not suggest our leaving could cause instability.
I think you are pushing to far if you think Cameron was arguing war would break out with immediate effect.

When did I say that Icke invented it? You're attempting to put words into people's mouths, again. It's a bad habit.
He uses it and his followers use it. So do you.

Pompous arses told you to vote leave, so you did.
Farage, Johnson and Gove couldn't be much more pompous if they tried.
You utterly bought into everything that sections of the media were selling you, yet you call others sheeple and easily lead! <laugh>

PNP, mate, the guy is a complete joke.

He exists in his own little world where he is the all knowing being and nobody else's opinions carry any weight.

He's also incredibly dense! He gets his arse handed back to him virtually daily here, but back he comes with more unsupportable totally slanted nonsense. When it's shot down in flames, that's when all the deflection or bluster begins.

I thought I'd bump this back up, because I found it interesting, but as they often do, the bobble hats try to bury uncomfortable posts with bollocks. <ok>

It's only a poll, so the usual caveats, but it's claiming that Scots favour the union over both EU membership and access to the single market.

    https://yougov.co.uk/news/2016/07/30/brexit-fails-boost-support-scottish-independence/

Were another Scottish referendum to be held tomorrow, Scots would vote to remain in the UK by 53% to 47%.

46% of Scots say that they would rather live in a Scotland that was still part of the UK post-Brexit, against 37% who would rather live in an independent Scotland that remained in the EU. (These numbers translate to 55% vs 45% once don’t knows are stripped out).

The results are mirrored when Scots were asked about access to the single market. Here, 40% would rather Scotland remained in a United Kingdom that lost access to the single market compared to 34% who would prefer to leave the UK and retain access to the single market.

They must have been psychic and/or capable of communicating from before conception, as I've wanted out before some of them were a twinkle. <laugh>

It was only formed in 1993. That bunch of twats have all been around a lot longer than that, unfortunately.
There are other things that predate it that you might have also have wanted out of, but they weren't the EU.

Psychics that communicate before conception? That's your inner Icke leaking, I think.

So the UK leaving the EU would change our politics to side with Russia?
