    Aye had said this on another thread, got a good friend who's a villa fan (poor sod :emoticon-0102-bigsm) and he says McLeish rates him quite highly and like Milan said he's featured in every one of Villas pre-season games almost, I think he'll be a big part of his plans this season.

    I fear the red rag of a Liverpool shirt has been waved in front of the bull and he's no longer focused on NUFC. I don't want to see him coasting to a free transfer when we could have someone half as good trying twice as hard.

    This, but his replacement has to be better than Kadar. And Bridge is ****ing shocking, Warnock wouldnt be bad.

    It's been pointed out that Warnock's a no-go so I'm now trying to think of realistic alternatives. Shorey, Belhadj, Ridgewell, Figueroa, Elokobi...

    If Jose is still here, he will put in a shift.

    He wants to play in the CL, for which I can't really blame him. If he doesn't transfer this window, he'll want to look good on the pitch. Besides, he likes it here and likes playing football

    Nadir Belhadj was brilliant, I'd have loved us to get him but he's playing in the UAE probably getting a fortune now.

    Don't think he'd disrespect the club or its fans like that. Not loving the club or not trying is just not something you could accuse him of. He's been loyal to a fault. He'd still put the shifts in I have no doubt at all. Truly professional bloke. But business wise he'll have to go.

    Quite annoyed by the shift like, managed to get my shift swapped so I could go on Saturday (so know I 'owe them one) but now it's monday. I'll have to check if I can make it or not.

    Was at North Shields yesterday, Wayne Phillips is a class winger but we're really missing Robbie in my opinion. Coasted to 2-0 first half and just couldn't be bothered in the second, ended 2-2.
