True. You are right to be fair, Jose got Chelsea to mount a strong title challenge and reach a EC semi with a worse squad at Chelsea (13/14), than United's (12/13 or 13/14). We nearly won the title with Torres up front FFS! He also won European Cup at Porto on a fraction of SAF's budget, eliminating United on the way! Guess we'll never know whether SIr Alex could have won Champions League at a mid-size foreign club. He never left his comfort zone

Last-minute panic buy cos we didn't get Romagnoli and Koulibaly. Maybe if Conte had not had Euros we would have got sorted earlier. Luiz is.... versatile and fun.... but not in CL knockout football!!! Anyway when we last hit ground running 14/15, Jose had all business done pre World Cup... Costa Fab etc.. and it showed. Think Jose got Ibra Bailly etc tied up relatively early too, Pogba deal was always going to drag on tbf. Great work by United this summer. Pretty good work by Chelsea.
