I will waffle a lot here, had my first beer tonight in a month but other things come first.. I brought a bunch of lads here in Jan 2011, a community of wit, **** and the usual stuff from the BBC boards and I'm glad to say many have remained but there's a few that has gone that were part of that crowd. I see the forum as an escape from my reality, my 24 hour day when time allows, I have met a few lads over the years, not so much now my home demands are more. How I see it is we have lads from all over the globe who have a connection with their past, with their club and in their memories and those far afield that just love Safc for whatever reason. We will always piss each other off, lick each others arses for a day or two and go into meltdown every now and then because that's what we love to do. I'm sure within a few months my son (sorry tees) will be exhibiting his mobile number on here for all and sundry to see why he attempts to fight some ****er 3000 miles away with taxi booked and tel will always be a soft Manc **** from Guilford.. I reckon, if we can all take a deep breath, respect each others time and input on the bloody forum and take a step back sometimes instead of a step forward then we will all be sound.. I will never know why I piss people off on here, I'm not on enough to care but my door is always open to discuss it and that should be the same around the board. The over riding emotions on this thread is frustration that's what I always see. We all want us to do well and when we feel low in the performances or the signings that has a direct correlation to the attitude on the thread. As a bunch of people there is as mix that varied and that is a great thing as many different view points is why I'm here. I'm not a big fan when the handbags come out but that's life and it's easy to lash out at a name on a PC, probably better than 'real' friends or family lol
It's a great site with some really knowledgeable folk. I had a lot of **** going on in my life, which meant that the forum had to take a back seat for a while, but I'm enjoying being back on here for the same reason as others, it gives me a link to where I still call 'home'. Like Cumbrian Mackem, I don't like the in fighting and name calling that sometimes goes on, but I accept it as part of the forums character. After all, we come from all walks of life and are spread far and wide, so it would be pretty boring if we all behaved in the same way. What I enjoy the most though is the sense of humour on our board. I often long for the good old days of Big Chris and his ridiculous ITK posts that were absolutely slaughtered by many that are still on here today. Many many times I have literally cried with laughter, so I just want to say one final thing..... Thanks for all the laughs guys and long may it continue!
He's the one that implied I had been lifting kiddy porn pictures, when I got my last ban. The other Hull twat pinched my picture off this board and circulated it with some horrible **** all over it. I don't offer people fights on here, but I'd ring both their ****ing necks if I had half a chance.

He's a cracking player,no doubt about it. It's keeping him fit though, that's the problem. I'm not sure how much he'll be able to dictate a game with the players around him that he'll have down there.
Each to their own mate innit, I don't think people would like the side of me that'd come out if I had to deal with personal attacks and I'm not talking about name calling and insults. You and I chat all the time off the board mate, you know the majority of it is jokes and laughter rather than owt serious. When the board starts getting serious and people are getting up tight about trivial things I'll often poke the bear, and make it worse, I can't help it, but I almost certainly never mean it personally. I've had a few requests to die recently which has been a new one

I treat everybody exactly the same. As far as I`m concerned yer all arseholes. Nah, not really. I enjoy the banter and daft carry on. Not so much when the handbags turn nasty but we`re adults (yeah right ) and if left alone the spats generally blow themselves out eventually.
